I&#39;ve had many friends complaining about Hanoi lacking good Chinese restaurants, until I introduced Hai Cang Restaurant to them. It has one of the most authentic and exquisite collection of Chinese and Asian cuisines in Hanoi. It might look a bit simple from the outside, but the imperial decor inside is spot on. The tables are set up to cater to large groups of customers like families and corporate gathering. Although we went there in a large group, the staff were very professional and the dishes are served promptly. Highly recommended cuisines here are Yartsa Gunbu, Bird&#39;s nest, Shark Fin soup, Roasted pork, fresh seafood.
